We interrupt this regularly scheduled cartoon democracy   with a word from Mr. "Whoever is not with us is against us," himself, Henry Kissinger, who was conveniently in Europe about 11:30 AM Eastern Standard Time on September 11, 2001 when he made that statement over the telephone to CNN, but his office happens to be in New York City. Mr. Kissinger will unscramble this mess with more scramble, but in the end he says:

"The issue before the nations involved is similar to what the world faced in 1938 and at the beginning of the Cold War: whether to overcome fears and hesitancy about undertaking the difficult path demanded by necessity. The failure of that test in 1938 produced a catastrophic war; the ability to master it in the immediate aftermath of World War II led to victory without war."       Translation: "We'll do whatever we damned well please."

I offer another solution based on Kissinger's "facts."

1) Israel gives up the occupied territories, admits they harass the Palestinians, and calls the Muslims to the table and say, "Show us where your prophet says it's okay to kill people and lie, and we'll show you where the God of Abraham says Thou Shalt not kill or Lie, etc."

2) We put all the global energy matters on the table, and admit who has what resources, who has what funny money, and which companies have committed fraud, like SmithKline, Halliburton, Kaiser, Blue Cross, The Bush Banks, the ALDF and their sponsors, the Weld Brothers and their banks, (AIG is an ALDF sponsor) Yale University (Endowment Fund), and we redistribute their assets to pay off American debts. That will get rid of Kaiser's (et al) abuse.

3) We prosecute members of the CDC and NIH who have committed fraud against all nations, like Edward McSweegan, Allen Steere, Alan Barbour, and the CDC patent-holders, and we turn over all intellectual properties that they own to the World Health Organization.

4) We hand over the Nine Eleven Fourteen to the Hague (Wolfowitz, Libby, Rumsfeld, Bush, Cheney, Feith, Perle, Wurmser, Kristol, Silverstein, Gonzales, Podhoretz, Kagan, and Chertoff) for war crimes and we give them a speedy trial and a nice public hanging for killing all those people on 9/11 and in Iraq and Afghanistan.

5) When all debts are settled we get down to the matter of distributing the resources of African nations to the African nations, instead of jerking them around like Paul Wolfowitz likes to do. Halliburton turns over all equipment and materiel to the UN peacekeeping force to establish farms and desalination plants and not military bases in Darfur, etc.

6) The UN sanctions countries like the US who refuse to sign onto the Kyoto Accord and embargoes all shipping to the United States until we decide to cut the crap. Etc.

And now back to our regularly scheduled program of explaining to potential Mexican border crossers why they'd have to be INSANE to want to move to America....
