incompetent, and that the Tick Borne Diseases funding and patent rights should
therefore be given to his criminally insane friends, including SmithKline (you
will see SmithKline mentioned below, in the Navy's response) and Yale.

think he conspired to deliberately reveal US Navy's biological
chemical weapons endeavors. We think he's just plain stupid.
