Yale's Patricia Leebens Defrauds the "Court' and then "leaves the country" and can't be crossed examined

This (below, scanned in documents) was in the November 16, 2003 databinder over which Patricia Leebens defrauded the court with her OTC of my children.    A definite "fraud on the court" as Judge Clifford says.

Leebens requested 2 State Troopers to be standing by in the Waterford Juvenile courthouse, Wednesday, Nov 26, 2003, because in her OTC she requested that I be committed immediately to a mental hospital (so that I would never see this OTC and prove she defrauded the court). The State did not want to let me out of prison or the psych klink, and they tried altogether to arrest me either 17-18 times, before Gauvin just filed the totally false police complaint. Obstruction of justice, defrauding the court, false arrest, risk of injury to minors, and perjury. Gauvin could get 60 years.

The cops were there right near the door, when DCF's Erica Striebel (Norwich DCF) told me they kidnapped my kids from school, after the DCF hearing, to carry me off. Gauvin never mentioned in the hearing that my kids had already been kidnapped from the schools already that day- the day before Thanksgiving. The kids' lawyer was called, and drove back to the courthouse, because he had already left, because he was so shocked, since there was no abuse or neglect going on.

What it feels like to a kid who has been kidnapped by duh DCF: "Dear Judge [Driscoll], My heart is burning..."

Later, Gauvin just filed a totally false police report. There must be something in here they don't want the public to know about. Like the DCF lawyers are guilty of numerous crimes? This was really what DCF-Rowlandgate was about?   There were 2 databinders left with Laura Lustig.

The second one was the scary one for Leebens, since she is the chief drug-pusher and brain-damager of children the DCF kidnaps.

Now the State of CT, Leebens, and DCF, are liable for the content of that databinder; that's really what this is all about. They are 100% liable for every single suicide of children in State "care," who have been kidnapped and drugged. They're liable for the Burgos boy's death...

The databinder was 3 inches of substantiation of complaints to both the Statewide Bar Counsel and the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.    Clearly multiple violations of law. The document really says "DCF Racketeering?"
